I did mention that I would love to see the world through food?

My personal belief is that you learn a lot about a culture through their food. And since I want to learn every thing that I can, I indulge. Traditional food is on my priority list when I travel.

I'm lucky to be able to say that I have visited six out of the seven continents of the world: Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, South America, and Australian. Perhaps, one day I will get to visit Antartica.

I look for opportunities to give back to my community and others around the world. Be it serving meals in a soup kitchen, building schools and latrines in impoverished communities, teaching youth life essential skills, or serving on a board, I find great joy in knowing I am making a difference.

I'm not a tree hugger, I just think everyone has a role to play to protect our habitat. There are many environmental issues with conflicting opinions. I don't claim to be an expert, and honestly, I do not believe anyone is an expert. However, we can all learn about the issues in order to make informed choices our daily lives.
